Some things to know before your first appointment:

• You will need to complete some paperwork (medical history and release forms) before your first massage, please allow a few additional minutes for this in your schedule.
• We will spend some time during your first massage getting to know each other and answering any questions you may have.
• You will receive a reminder email one day before each appointment.
